Return Policy

As per law, if you're not satisfied with your order you can contact us within 14 days of receiving it and request a full refund or replacement subject to the return of the item(s) within the following 14 days. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel. Outside of this original timeframe however, we do not accept returns on any items except in exceptional circumstances. Returns do not apply in any circumstance to any items listed in sample sales or special orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


There is a small fee of £30 for the re-sizing of your piece of jewellery. Some items cannot be resized - this is dependant on the stones in the pieces and how big the size change is. Please get in touch to discuss.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
